The location, just 100 m from the ski lift, was perfect for my winter getaway. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. I also loved the on-site spa and wellness center, which included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The hotel even offered a range of beauty treatments, including massages and facials. The sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful place to relax after a day on the slopes. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Celebrated New Year's Eve in a cozy, beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The ski-in/ski-out option and proximity to the ski lift was a plus. Loved the variety of food offered at the buffet breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and baked goods. The heated pool and spa were also fantastic for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
The room was a bit small for my liking and the decor was outdated. Noise from other guests could also be heard through the thin walls.

Located in a quaint valley village, it offers a peaceful and restful stay. the rooms are clean and modern with spacious bathrooms and stunning views of the mountains. the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. the breakfast has a varied selection, and the 5-course dinner is delicious with plenty of choice. the wellness center is a highlight and offers fantastic facilities to unwind.
The hotel's policy of charging for mineral water seems unnecessary and not environmentally friendly.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I loved the central location close to the bus stop, making transportation easy. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

The hotel was very pleasant with good cleanliness and friendly staff. the location was convenient for public transportation and accessing the city. the hotel also offered a great variety of food options for breakfast and dinner that were remarkably tasty.
The hotel lacked sufficient space in the standard rooms, and the decor in some areas needed modernization. the hotel was situated near other buildings and the highway, which created noise disturbances at night.
